Requirements:
1:Gmail account
If not first Create Gmail account then follow the below steps..
First you go to the link http://www.000webhost.com.
Then registered yourself in the site and login after login you will see the cpanel (Control panel)for uploading your site you can manage your site by using 000webhost file manager and also you can use Filezilla software for ftp services.If you want use Filezilla or any other ftp software first you must go the setting of your 000webhost on th FTP tranfer the you can upload otherwise it will shows error in Filezilla or any other ftp software.For uploading using Filezilla you must know your host name,username,and password these can be seen in the setting.
If You are using file manager it is very easy to upload files.
000webhost has the latest version of php from 5.2 to 7.1.
000webhost provide the facility for making changes in the uploaded files you can also create folders and their subfolders in the file manager also can edit remove grant permission to the some folder.
In the manage database menu you can easily create new database which can contain upto 150 tables and only 2 databases can be uploaded using free web host.
